Our Rates
At Just Like Home, I do not charge by the hour. I sell you a “slot” for childcare. This means that you pick the days and times you need childcare and I hold that spot open for you. You will be charged a flat rate for this every two weeks and must pay the full amount, even if your child missed any days. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Just Like Home has the availibility to offer two spots for childcare on a "sliding scale rate." This means if you are unable to pay the full daily rate, ask me about the sliding scale and I may be able to adjust the rate a little for your family. We beleive every child should have access to high quality childcare at an affordable rate; especially in this economy.
My rates are as follows:
I charge $15.00 per half day (4 or less hours) and anytime over 4 hours is as follows:
Full Day Infants: $30.00 (over 9 hr day, $35.00 per day)
Full Day Over two: $25.00
Full Day (School age on non school days) $25.00
Before & after school $10.00
There is also a $50.00 per child enrollment fee that is due yearly at time of re-enrollment. I realize with the economy, childcare can get expensive and so we like to keep our rates affordable.
All private pay clients will be charged twice monthly. Payments are due on the 15th and the 30th of the month. Your invoice will be in your sign in sheet folder, we are also happy to email invoices if you prefer.
All state pay clients will be charged monthly, with co-pays being due no later than the 10th of each month. All payments are to be paid on the due date. There may be a $10.00 late fee per day that will apply if needed. No exceptions!
Some employers offer flexible spending programs that allow you to set aside money for childcare costs. Please ask your employer if this is available at your place of employment.
If I receive a check that bounces, you will be charged an additional $75.00 and all future payments will be in cash or money order only. We also take Visa / Mastercard, for parents choosing this option there is also a 3% fee added to your invoice.
I will review my rates yearly to decide at that time if they will change or stay the same. I will do this as per the date on your contract. I will also change rates according to State rates changing.

Payment Options
We accept cash, checks, Visa / Mastercard (parents are charged an additional 3% on their invoice for credit card payments) and NACCRRA payments for military families.
